As Product Manager Intern, you’ll turn complex workflows into simple, powerful experiences — whether that’s managing payroll and performance on KantorKu HRIS, or helping employers find their next great hire through Dealls ATS.

You’ll sit at the intersection of tech, business, and users — shaping products that impact hundreds of thousands of employees and millions of job seekers across Indonesia.

What You’ll Do

• Support the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on data, user feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver features on time and at high quality.
• Deeply understand HR and recruitment workflows — translate pain points into elegant, scalable solutions.
• Set success metrics (adoption, engagement, retention) and drive product decisions through insight.
• Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term product strategy and scalability.
