Job summary

Solve Education in Indonesia is seeking an execution-focused program coordinator to drive a youth venture support program. You will manage timelines, deliverables, and participant engagement to achieve practical business outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating program activities, tracking progress, reporting outcomes, handling logistics, and collaborating with partners, funders, and internal teams to maintain quality and delivery discipline.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, program delivery, venture support, business incubators, or similar roles.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting pricing, accounting, finance, or marketing
• High attention to detail, discipline, and follow-through
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver all program activities while keeping timelines, milestones, and documentation on track.
• Support youth founders with pricing, revenue models, basic financial tracking (COGS, margin, break-even), and low-cost customer acquisition.
• Track participant progress and outcomes and support clear, timely reporting.
• Handle scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, and organised program documentation.
• Support communication and coordination with participants, partners, funders, and internal teams.
• Coordinate and support program-related events, workshops, and showcases, ensuring smooth logistics and follow-through.
