Job summary

PT ISS INDONESIA (Bintaro) is seeking a Project Architect on a contract basis to assist in developing architectural designs and ensuring alignment between concept and field conditions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and 2–4 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will proficiently use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, and have understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, construction methods, materials, and local codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in project architect/design architect (fresh graduates/internships welcome).
• Proficiency in drafting and modeling software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit.
• Understanding and proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting projects.
• Understanding of construction methods, building materials, and local building codes.
