Job summary

PT ISS INDONESIA (Bintaro) is seeking a Cost Estimator to support engineering construction projects. You will estimate costs, prepare BoQ, and maintain records of estimated and actual costs.

The role requires site measurements, CAD drawings, and ongoing cost updates to keep unit rates accurate. A 1–3 year cost estimation background in construction or manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of cost estimation experience in engineering, construction or manufacturing.
• Ability to identify cost factors including production, materials and labor.

Responsibilities

• Verify work quantities of projects and prepare BoQ.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare CAD drawings for simple building works.
• Perform site inspections to verify drawings against site conditions.
• Regularly update material, manpower and equipment costs to support accurate unit rates.

Job description

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or related field
• Have 1-3 years of experiences in cost estimation (cost estimator) in engineering construction, building, contractors, manufacturing company
• Ability to identify factors of cost such production, materials, labor
• Calculate, analyze, and adjust estimated cost
• Maintain records of estimated and actual cost

Responsibilities:

• Verify work quantities of project
• Prepare BoQ (Bill of Quantities) for project requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare CAD drawings for simple building works.
• Perform site inspections to verify the accuracy of working drawings against actual site conditions and work quantities.
• Regularly update material, manpower, and equipment costs to support the preparation of accurate work unit rates.
