Job summary

ISS Indonesia is offering a Management Trainee program to develop leaders across operations and support functions. You will join meetings and workshops, learn from senior leaders, and gain exposure to international assignments.

Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree and strong English are invited to apply; TOEFL/IELTS certificates are preferred. Willingness to be assigned to any unit/branch is required to meet company needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major, from reputable universities.
• Fresh graduate; 1–3 years of work experience is an advantage.

• Willing to be assigned to any ISS unit/branch as needed by the company.
