Job summary

ISS Indonesia is seeking an Administration Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple facilities. You will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate document flow, and help streamline inbound and outbound processes, inventory control, and stock reconciliation to maintain accurate records.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy facilities services environment within Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Understand inbound, outbound, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
• Experience in administration roles and coordinating documentation.
• Wamiliarity with facilities services operations and basic salary expectations (monthly).
