Job summary

ISS Indonesia is hiring a receptionist to support our facility services operation in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in English, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Willingness to be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia is required. This front desk role supports hospitality-related functions across our sites.

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, Front Desk Officer, Concierge, or in a hospitality-related role is preferred.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and eager to learn new skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Riau.
