Job summary

ASRI (a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group) in Jakarta seeks an Architect with strong CAD skills to join the property development team. You will review drawings, oversee fit-out projects, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Architecture and 2–4 years in real estate, fluent English, and excellent problem-solving abilities. The role requires proactive planning, scheduling, and leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of working experience in Property/Real Estate.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch up, 3D, 4D.
• Experience in drawing review for building management.
• Understanding of duties and responsibilities in fit out tenant space.
• Good knowledge about Fit Out SOP
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Good problem solving & handling complaints
• Able to plan/schedule, supervise work, reporting, leadership of team, vendor and contractor.
