Job summary

PT ISS INDONESIA (Bintaro) is seeking an experienced Site Security Head to lead security operations at a Batam site. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and risk management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in security leadership, fluent English, and a proven track record in coordinating with clients, developing security plans, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Site Security Head or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with root-cause analysis abilities.
• Proficient in computer applications, especially for presentations and reports.
• Must possess a valid Gada Utama certification and an active KTA.
• First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Key Account Manager and supervise operational functions at the site.
• Ensure site performance meets service contract and Quality Design requirements.
• Control and manage operating costs to meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare work plans, site analyses, and monthly reports for the client.
• Provide updates on site conditions to the supervisor and client.
• Manage SLA compliance and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Coach site officers and develop operational systems and resources.

Job description

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Security Head

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes, assess potential risks, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations

Proficient in computer applications, particularly in preparing presentations and reports

Must possess a valid Gada Utama certification and an active

KTA (Security Membership Card)

First Aid certification is preferred

Responsibilities:

Represent the Key Account Manager and other relevant operational functions, and be responsible for the overall performance and success of ISS operations at the assigned site, including planning, coaching, supervision, and development of operational systems, management, and resources

Ensure that operational performance at the assigned site meets the requirements of the service contract and Quality Design

Control and manage site operating costs to achieve efficient operational cost levels in accordance with established KPI targets

Coordinate with, support, respond to, and maintain strong working relationships with clients and other relevant stakeholders

Take overall responsibility for the performance and successful execution of service delivery an operational management at the assigned site

Prepare work plans, site analyses, and reports for the Key Account Manager

Provide regular updates on the current conditions and operational status of the assigned site to the direct supervisor and client

Prepare and submit monthly site management reports to the client

In collaboration with the External function, plan and ensure effective coordination and good working relationships with relevant external parties, both formal and informal, in supporting site management activities

Provide briefings to Security Leaders/Supervisors and operators regarding their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the scope of work stipulated in the contract

Prepare and submit monthly security reports to the client/user

Manage and ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) as stipulated in the service contract with the client

In collaboration with relevant functions, evaluate, develop, and implement the Quality Design correctly and consistently across all functions under supervision

Be responsible for organizational development, as well as the coaching and development of site officers and personne

Independently manage the assigned area and ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with the established Quality Design

Establish and maintain strong relationships with the client and other relevant stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction and support sustainable business continuity

Identify, analyze, and mitigate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions within the assigned area

Prepare and submit Hazard Reports as required

Prioritize Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in all daily activities and operations within the assigned area

Ensure and remind all team members to comply with anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices in carrying out their duties
