Job summary

BINUS is seeking a motivated entry-level Sales/Marketing professional in Jakarta Pusat to support pre-project and project activities. The role involves preparing proposals, budgeting, negotiating terms with clients, and coordinating training delivery.

You will ensure on-time training sessions, manage equipment, and maintain client relationships to nurture ongoing business. The ideal candidate has a diploma or is a university student in their sixth semester with strong communication and sales

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or university student (6th semester) is required.
• Fresh graduates or students with interest in sales and marketing are welcome.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client proposals including program summary and trainer details.
• Draft project budgets for potential engagements.
• Negotiate offerings and terms with prospective clients.
• Coordinate training logistics including trainer transport and materials.
• Follow up with clients to drive project opportunities and payments.
• Support post-project evaluation and recapulation of expenses.

Pre-Project Activities:

• Prepare all required offering proposal to be presented to prospective clients (e.g., program summary and concept, trainer).
• Prepare the overall budget calculation for the prospected projects.
• Negotiate and discuss further related to the offering.
• Verify the offering and suggest further pricing recommendation
• Follow up the prospective customer for related projects.
• Follow up offering status to clients.
• Arrange the required process to finalize the negotiation process (e.g. agreement signing).
• Ensure the overall support of training execution (e.g., trainer's transport and accommodation).

During Project/Training Activities:

• Provide overall training equipment and ensure completeness (e.g., training material, souvenirs, name tag, training aid)
• Maintain on time training session according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure the evaluation completeness form towards the overall session (e.g., trainers, BINUS)

Post-Project Activities:

• Ensure effective payment process from clients
• Set training evaluation schedule
• Ensure effective monitoring progress for clients (e.g., schedule to meet trainer for evaluation process)
• Compose recapitulation towards the overall training expenses
• Maintain relation with current clients (e.g., CEO Speaks, facilitator training)

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
