• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, PublicAdministration, Community Development, or a related field.
• At minimum 5 years of relevant experience in programcoordination or stakeholder/community engagement.
• Havingstrong skill for planning, coordination, and reporting skills, with theability to work effectively in remote or field environments.
• Clearand effective communication both written and verbal, ability to explainand convey messages about complex issues; strong influencing skills.
• Abilityto work independently to deliver business objectives, ability to work inmulti-cultural environment with other internal functions and externalstakeholders and government representatives.
• Experiencein gathering strategic/complex information and synthesising/presenting itefficiently both orally and in written to help developing businesssolutions, plans and priorities.
• Able tomanage the stress caused by the volatile external dynamic as well asenjoys difficult negotiations to solve problems.
• Fluentin English, both oral and written
• Workexperience in Papua is preferred
