Job summary

3111 UOB Indonesia offers a rotation-based program where fresh graduates will be exposed to multiple corporate segments. You will work on strategic projects with meaningful impact and present results to senior management. Fluency in English is required, and Mandarin is a plus.

You will rotate through Internal Audit, Risk & Credit, Compliance, Consumer Banking, and Finance (CRES & CTU), gaining broad exposure within the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA 3.00/4.00 (or higher).
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of work experience.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate to segments in corporate function divisions to learn key business aspects.
• Work on strategic projects with significant impact and present to Senior Management.

Job Description

ComplianceOver these 12 months, you will also be rotated to various segments in corporate function divisions, where you will learn about key aspects of our business. In each rotation, you will be given strategic projects that have significant impact for the bank and present them to our Senior Management.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 preferably in Accounting, Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, and Science

• Fresh graduate or having work experience maximum of 2 years

• Demonstrate the following qualities: good business acumen, analytical thinking, problem solving, good communication / interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English

• Fluent in Mandarin is preferable
