Job summary

UOB Indonesia is seeking high-potential graduates for its Management Associate (MA) programme. You will rotate across key functions, gain exposure to regional offices, and build a foundation in our banking business.

Candidates have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, strong leadership, excellent communication and English, and 1–2 years of work experience. The programme emphasizes learning agility, stakeholder collaboration, and career development within a global bank.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from a university.
• For S1: GPA > 3.30 on a 4.00 scale
• For S2: GPA > 3.50 on a 4.00 scale
• Have 1–2 years of work experience (excluding internships)
• Have a track record of leadership activities and other extracurricular involvement
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have good English proficiency
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
