• Actively participate in structured rotations across different business units to build skill in sales
• Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within assigned departments, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to real-world business challenges
• Develop a strong understanding of UOB Indonesia's products, services, and operational processes
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve departmental and program objectives
• Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management on various business topics
• Adhere to all UOB policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Proactively seek feedback and demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth
