Job summary

UOB Indonesia is offering a Management Associate program designed to equip high-potential graduates with exposure to regional banking operations, governance, and client-facing activities. Participants will rotate through divisions, demonstrate business acumen, and contribute to strategic initiatives while building an international professional network within a leading Asian bank.

Qualifications

• Degree required: Bachelor’s or Master’s from any university.
• 1–2 years of work experience (excluding internships).
• Proven leadership and extracurricular involvement.
• Excellent communication and strong English skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Goals of our MA:

• Have a good understanding of UOB at Group Level and its regional offices.
• Demonstrate understanding of the home division’s stakeholders and the inter-relatedness of the functions by applying skills learnt during the rotations.
• Demonstrate competence in working with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate high learning agility during the programme.

Job Requirement:

• Hold a Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from a university, either domestic or overseas
• Have 1–2 years of work experience (excluding internships)
• Have a track record of leadership activities and other extracurricular involvement
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have good English proficiency
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Pass the selection process
