Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or financial planning experience in banking, with at least 2 in leadership.
• Strong understanding of banking products (Unsecured) and business channels.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a finance team.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute financial expertise to new product development and expansion initiatives.

Job Summary

The CPP & Retail Banking Consolidation Business Finance Team Leader will lead a team responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for UOB Indonesia CPP and consolidation report for Retail Banking. Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or financial planning & analysis within the banking or financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of banking products (Unsecured), services, and business channels.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
