Job summary

3111 UOB Indonesia is seeking a fresh graduate for a Compliance rotation program. You will rotate across corporate function divisions to learn key business areas and undertake strategic projects with presentations to Senior Management.

Requirements include a 3.0+ GPA degree in relevant fields, up to 2 years of experience, and fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus. Placement in Internal Audit Risk & Credit Compliance Consumer Banking Finance (CRES & CTU).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 preferably in Accounting, Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, and Science
• Fresh graduate or having work experience maximum of 2 years
• Demonstrate good business acumen, analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication/interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English
• Mandarin is preferable

Responsibilities

• Rotate to various segments in corporate function divisions and learn key aspects of the bank's business

Job Description
