Grab Bali is seeking a Productivity & Engagement Assistant Manager to lead driver productivity, retention and payment collection across Bali's rental fleets. You will monitor churn, overdue payments, and asset security, coordinating recovery and geofence monitoring while driving coaching and engagement programs to improve performance.

The role requires a minimum Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in a similar role, with strong KPI tracking using MS Excel and Power BI, and a hands-on approach to

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in driver engagement and retention.
• Experience managing accounts receivable and payment collections.
• Proficient in KPI tracking using MS Excel and Power BI.
• Experience diagnosing performance issues in arrears.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategy and monitor churn, overdue, and productivity targets, monitor goals, identify underperforming drivers, maintain dashboard and SOPs.
• Organize driver engagement to implement coaching, quality improvement, and retention programs.
• Manage financial governance for payment collection and escalated overdue payments.
• Manage asset security and recovery including geofence monitoring and coordinating repossession.
