Job summary

Grab Rental Bali is seeking a Productivity and Engagement lead to drive driver productivity, retention, and fleet risk management in Bali. You will work to boost driver activity and reduce churn while safeguarding rental assets.

You will oversee payment collection, reinforce governance of arrears, and design coaching programs and dashboards to support data-driven decisions across the driver-partner network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a similar role in mobility or fleet operations.
• Experience in driver engagement and retention.
• Experience with KPI tracking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy to monitor churn, overdue payments, and productivity targets.
• Organize driver engagement programs, coaching, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee payment collection, overdue management, and financial governance.
• Protect assets through geofence and security monitoring, coordinate recoveries.
