Job summary

Grab Rental Bali is seeking a Productivity and Engagement lead to drive driver productivity, retention, and fleet risk management in Bali. You will work to boost driver activity and reduce churn while safeguarding rental assets.

You will oversee payment collection, reinforce governance of arrears, and design coaching programs and dashboards to support data-driven decisions across the driver-partner network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a similar role in mobility or fleet operations.
• Experience in driver engagement and retention.
• Experience with KPI tracking and data-driven decision making.

Grab Rental Bali is an integral part of the Grab ecosystem. It manages our rental fleets across Bali. These fleets range from internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to eco-friendly Electric Vehicles (EVs) and include both 2-wheel (2W) and 4-wheel (4W) options.

Get to Know the Role

The Productivity and Engagement lead will manage driver productivity, retention, payment collection, and fleet risk management in Bali.

You will be critical to improve driver activity and reduce driver churn and overdue payments. It also protects rental assets through geofence and security monitoring, minimizes financial losses from arrears, repossession, and litigation, and ensures execution of productivity and recovery programmes.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop strategy and monitor churn, overdue, and productivity targets, monitor Goals, identify underperforming drivers, maintain dashboard and SOPs.
• Organize driver engagement to implement coaching, quality improvement, and retention programms.
• Manage financial governance for payment collection and escalated overdue payment
• Manage asset security and recovery for geofence, monitor units outside designated areas, follow up on violation, and coordinate repossession or recovery.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major
• At least 5 years of experience in the similar role
• Experience in driver engagement and retention
• Expertise in managing account receivables, structuring sustainable payment plans, and accomplishing collection workflows to minimize default rates.
• Proficient in tracking KPIs using tools like MS.Excel, Power BI, or internal dashboards to drive data-informed operational decisions.
• Experience in diagnosing performance drops or spikes in arrears to resolve systemic operational issues.
• Experience designing driver programs that balance productivity goals with sustainable partner support.
