Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in leadership roles in hospitality, events, or service industries.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting commercial targets.
• Strong grasp of sales strategy, pricing, CRM, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and optimizing profitability.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Lead daily operations across divisions and head departments with scalable processes.
