Job summary

Grab Bali is seeking a Fleet Lead to oversee the availability, safety, quality, utilization, and operational readiness of 2W and 4W fleets. You will ensure vehicles are ready for deployment, properly maintained, and safely operated, with a focus on maximizing rental revenue and efficient handovers across pools, checkpoints, workshops, and vendors.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be based onsite in our Bali Pool, leading a team to monitor fleet metrics, supervise maintenance, and drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
5+ years in a similar field.
Experience in scheduled maintenance, body repairs, cost estimation, and vendor/workshop quality control.
Proficient in GPS tracking and analyzing fleet metrics to optimize operations.
Experience in managing operational budgets and driver/vehicle cost controls.

Responsibilities

Monitor handover, deployment, unit status, pool operation, and fleet allocation.
Conduct physical inspections and enforce safety and quality standards.
Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, turnaround times, and escalations.
Coordinate with workshops, vendors, drivers, checkpoint team, and pool operations.
Monitor fleet utilization, idle units, repair costs, and efficiency; implement corrective actions.
Maintain fleet dashboards, operating standards, and issue tracking.
