Collaborating with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and other departments, you will conduct shift briefings, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production processes, equipment, manpower, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, HSE, Quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other related departments.
• Conduct shift briefing and handover.
• Prepare production and operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
