Job summary

PT Pacific Lubritama Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to plan, direct, and oversee all production operations including blending, drum filling, small pack filling, and repacking to meet targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments.

Lead production supervisors and technicians, coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Quality Control, Maintenance, Engineering, and Procurement; monitor KPIs; drive Lean improvements; ensure GMP/HSE compliance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience in lubricant, chemical, oil & gas, or FMCG industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HSE and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production plans to ensure schedules are achieved efficiently and on time.
• Lead and manage all Production Supervisors, Assistant Production Manager, Line Leaders, Operators, and Production Administration personnel.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Quality Control, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and other related departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, product quality, machine utilization, and manufacturing costs, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate production capacity, manpower requirements, equipment performance, and investment opportunities to support future business growth.
• Review and approve production reports, analyze KPIs, and report production performance to Management.
• Develop and coach production leaders to strengthen leadership capability, technical competency, and succession planning.

Job Specifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership position.

Experience in the lubricant, chemical, oil & gas, or FMCG industry is preferred.
