Job summary

PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia in Batam, Indonesia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities at our manufacturing facility. The role focuses on achieving targets through optimized manpower, monitoring performance, and sustaining smooth operations on the production floor.

The successful candidate will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in manufacturing/production.
2-3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control daily production line performance to ensure targets are achieved.
Ensure production output meets required quantity and quality standards.
Lead, supervise, and motivate production leaders, technicians, operators, and support staff to achieve manufacturing goals.
Manage manpower allocation to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure all operators are trained and adhere to SOPs.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes.
Maintain workforce discipline and attendance.
Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse as needed.
Monitor KPIs such as output, OTD, 5S, and safety.
Identify areas for improvement and support Lean initiatives.
Report production performance and issues to management.
