Job summary

PZ Cussons Indonesia is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities in our Tangerang plant. You will ensure output meets targets, optimize manpower, materials, machines and production time, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead and coach a team of operators, monitor KPIs, coordinate with Maintenance, Planning, Quality, and Warehouse, and ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 2–3 years production or manufacturing experience in FMCG preferred.
• Understanding of equipment/processes in FMCG production (mixing, filling, packaging, QC).
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily production activities according to the production plan.
• Ensure production output meets targets and standards.
• Lead and supervise the production team to achieve departmental targets.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements and CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with SHE standards and participate in incident investigations.
