Job summary

PT Bumi Karyatama Raharja is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift, coordinate production activities, and ensure targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires organizing manpower, monitoring materials, and solving problems under pressure within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring SOP adherence, equipment usage according to procedures, and coordinating with multiple departments for smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Production Supervisor or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Understanding of production processes and productivity control.
• Understanding of SOP implementation and occupational safety standards.
• Strong leadership and HR management capabilities.
• Ability to organize manpower and work based on priorities.
• Ability to analyze problems and make quick, accurate decisions.
• Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination capabilities.
