Job summary

Pt Ecooils Jaya Indonesia is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and supervise production activities across shifts, ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently. You will monitor processes, equipment, manpower, and performance to sustain smooth operations.

Collaborating with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and other departments, you will conduct shift briefings, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Prepare production and operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
