Job summary

PT UNZA VITALIS, a Wipro Consumer Care unit in Indonesia, is seeking a production professional to manage daily plans, monitor output, and ensure lines run according to SOPs and approved parameters. The role requires collaboration with PPIC, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Maintenance to keep production ready.

Based in Salatiga, you will lead line changeovers, minimize downtime, and ensure product transitions align with delivery schedules, GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in FMCG manufacturing, preferably aerosol production.
• Familiar with aerosol filling, packaging and QC processes.
• Knowledge of GMP and safety regulations.
• Willing to be based in Salatiga.

• Execute daily production plans according to the approved production schedule and required delivery timelines.
• Monitor production output, line speed, manpower utilization, and production efficiency.
• Ensure production lines operate according to approved work instructions, SOPs, and process parameters.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, QA/QC, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure production readiness.
• Manage production changeovers, line clearance, and product transitions to minimize downtime and prevent product mix-ups.
