PT UNZA VITALIS (a business unit of Wipro Customer Care) in Salatiga invites experienced manufacturing professionals to lead daily production operations in aerosol FMCG. The role focuses on executing the production plan, maintaining quality and safety, and coordinating with supporting departments.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor\'s in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry or related field, at least 3 years in FMCG manufacturing, specifically aerosol production, and be able to work with GMP

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing, preferably in aerosol production.
• Familiar with aerosol filling, packaging, and quality-control processes.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and production standards.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily production plans according to approved schedule and delivery timelines.
• Monitor production output, line speed, manpower utilization, and efficiency to targets.
• Ensure lines operate per SOPs, work instructions, and process parameters.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, QA/QC, Maintenance to ensure production readiness.
• Manage changeovers, line clearance, and product transitions to minimize downtime and prevent mix-ups.

Execute daily production plans according to the approved production schedule and required delivery timelines.

Monitor production output, line speed, manpower utilization, and production efficiency to achieve established targets.

Ensure production lines operate according to approved work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process parameters.

Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, QA/QC, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure production readiness.

Manage production changeovers, line clearance, and product transitions to minimize downtime and prevent product mix-ups.
