Job summary

Responsibilities

Job description

The position will be contract based for 6 months.

Supervise Daily Production Operations

Ensure production activities are carried out according to the production schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements to meet daily output targets.

Manage and Develop Production Team Members

Lead, coach, and evaluate operators and technicians to improve productivity, skills, discipline, and overall team performance.

Monitor Production Performance and Efficiency

Track key production metrics such as output, downtime, scrap rates, and labor efficiency, then implement corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure Compliance with Quality and Safety Standards

Enforce company policies, SOPs, and health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Implement Continuous Improvement (WCM) Activities

Identify process improvement opportunities, support lean manufacturing initiatives, and collaborate with other departments to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
