Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a seasoned Production Manager to lead metal manufacturing operations. You will plan, organize, and optimize manpower, materials, machinery, and production resources to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime, while aligning with schedules and quality standards.

You will develop and implement production strategies to boost productivity, reduce waste, and control costs. Strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a track record in metal fabrication are essential;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Must have experience working in the metal manufacturing industry.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Candidates who are available to join immediately or have a short notice period will be highly preferred.
