Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate operators and technicians to improve productivity and skills.
• Monitor production performance metrics such as output, downtime, scrap rates, and labor efficiency.
• Enforce quality and safety SOPs and regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate with other departments to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
