Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production, preferably in regulated manufacturing industries such as pharmaceutical, medical device, or food.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of GMP, production processes, quality standards, and occupational safety.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and production reporting tools.
• High level of discipline, responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.

Job description

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved according to the production plan.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Monitor production performance, including productivity, output, efficiency, material usage, and production downtime.
• Identify production problems and coordinate corrective actions to minimize delays, waste, and production losses.
• Investigate production deviations and participate in root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and environmental requirements within the production area.

Job Qualifications:
