Job summary

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our cigarette manufacturing facility in Sidoarjo, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in overseeing daily production operations and ensuring we meet our quality, efficiency, and safety standards. As Production Manager, you will lead and motivate production teams, manage resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. Key responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations and ensure all manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently

What we're looking for

Proven minimum 5 years experience as a Production Manager or similar supervisory role within a CIGARETTE manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management in a CIGARETTE factory

Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams of varying sizes

Solid understanding of quality control standards and manufacturing best practices

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications and production documentation

Experience with production management systems and relevant manufacturing software

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
