• Must reside in Kudus, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Translate CI and compliance targets into actionable plant milestones.
• Lead on-floor Kaizen, 5S events, and DMAIC projects to cut waste.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Lead ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001) and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with dept heads to simplify SOPs into clear work instructions.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance Coordinator

As the Continuous Improvement (CI) & Compliance Coordinator at the Kudus Plant, you will serve as a 'process architect'—someone who possesses the analytical sharpness to dissect complex data for root causes, yet maintains the unwavering discipline to ensure international compliance remains uncompromised. You will organize intricate variables—from workflows to human resources—into a lean, cohesive, and highly efficient system, while upholding a profound personal responsibility for quality and operational safety.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and enforce the Plant's CI Roadmap by translating high-level productivity and cost targets into clear, trackable milestones for the entire plant
• Lead on‑floor Kaizen and 5S events, and spearhead DMAIC projects to eliminate waste and solve complex operational bottlenecks in both production and office areas
• Dissect process data to pinpoint inefficiencies and deliver data‑backed technical solutions directly to the Plant Head to trigger immediate action
• Orchestrate ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001, etc.) as a lead internal auditor, ensuring all systems are audit‑ready at all times
• Partner with department heads to simplify SOPs—transforming complex manuals into functional, easy‑to‑follow work instructions
• Follow up with Section Heads to ensure every Corrective Action (CAPA) is implemented to completion and verified in practice
• Maintain a real‑time Command Center for all strategic projects in Kudus, ensuring every stakeholder has a transparent view of progress, risks, and results
• Build and manage a centralized digital repository to ensure that all compliance data is instantly retrievable for customer audits
• Launch internal campaigns and recognition programs that move efficiency and quality from rules to habits on the floor
• Act as a field coach, training operators and supervisors in lean tools so they can solve problems independently at the source

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical field)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in CI, QA, or Compliance within a manufacturing environment
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Internal Auditor (ISO series) certification
• Expert‑level proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, Fishbone) and statistical data tools (Excel/Minitab)
• Ability to be assertive yet persuasive
• Full willingness to reside in or be stationed in Kudus, Central Java
