Job summary

PT Lion Wings mencari tenaga profesional untuk merencanakan pemeliharaan fasilitas dan prosedurnya di lokasi penempatan di Gresik, Jawa Timur. Anda akan mengevaluasi kinerja rencana pemeliharaan, biaya, serta KPI di departemen teknik secara berkala.

Prasyarat: lulusan D3/S1 teknik mesin atau elektro dengan IPK minimal 3.0, fresh graduate atau pengalaman hingga 2 tahun di FMCG produksi, siap bekerja lapangan di Gresik. Peluang bergabung dengan perusahaan FMCG terkemuka.

Qualifications

• GPA minimum 3.00/4.00 untuk jurusan Teknik Mesin atau Elektro.
• Fresh graduate atau pengalaman kerja hingga 2 tahun di produksi FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Merencanakan pemeliharaan fasilitas dan prosedurnya.
• Melakukan tinjauan berkala terhadap kinerja rencana pemeliharaan, biaya, keselamatan kerja, dan KPI Departemen Teknik.
• Menerapkan kebijakan dan standar perusahaan seperti GMP, ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018.
• Menganalisis masalah selama pemeliharaan mekanik dan listrik, melakukan troubleshooting, dan berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait.

Job description

Establish facility maintenance plans and procedures.

Conduct periodic reviews of actual maintenance plan performance, maintenance costs, workplace safety, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Engineering Department in general.

Implement company policies and standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018, etc.

Analyze issues or gaps arising during mechanical (such as pipeline welding and other fabrication processes) and electrical (such as cable short circuits and panel overheating) repair and maintenance processes, perform the necessary troubleshooting, and coordinate with relevant departments or parties to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) - Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, with min GPA 3.00/4.00
• Fresh Graduate or 2 years work experience in FMCG production.

Honest, has good intrapersonal skills, able to perform well under pressure.

Likes work in the field and is willing to work in the field, able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally.

Work Placement in Gresik, East Java.
