Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage and distribution of materials in Purwakarta. You will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with procurement, planning and logistics, and lead warehouse staff in a fast-paced production setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in warehouse ops with 2+ years in supervision, plus strong knowledge of WMS/ERP and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably paper/pulp.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and material handling.
Familiar with GR/GI, stock transfers and returns.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, issuing and dispatching.
Ensure accurate inventory and perform stock opname, cycle counting and reconciliation.
Monitor warehouse transactions and maintain stock accuracy.
Manage warehouse layout, labeling, FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability.
Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks and monitor performance.
Maintain documentation and inventory reports.
Ensure proper maintenance and safety of equipment.
Implement 5S, housekeeping and safety standards.
