Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an organized Production Admin to support PPIC in compiling and tracking production schedules, material availability, and related reports. The role requires attention to detail, data integrity, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of admin/data experience, strong Excel skills, and are prepared to work in Ngawi, East Java. Fresh graduates with solid data abilities are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3 or equivalent in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience as Production Admin or in data handling roles; fresh graduates welcome with strong admin/data skills.
• Strong data processing capabilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist PPIC team to compile and monitor production schedules from Sales Orders and delivery targets.
• Create, input, and update production plans, target outputs, and daily realizations.
• Collect and record production reports from departments for accuracy.
• Monitor progress against targets and report delays to management.
• Track availability of raw materials and components; coordinate with related departments.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on output, material usage, and WIP.
• Ensure data alignment between ERP inputs and field reports; prepare production documents.
• Archive documents and maintain organized administrative data storage.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate follow-up actions.
