Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Surabaya is seeking a senior production leader to plan, organize, and control daily manufacturing operations across Injection, Printing, Tubing, and Converting to meet targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

You will oversee performance, implement continuous improvements, lead teams, and coordinate with PPIC, QA/QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing, preferably packaging/plastic; Japanese manufacturing experience a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Injection, Printing, Tubing, and Converting processes.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and OEE.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Manage production processes covering Injection, Printing, Tubing, and Converting.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, machine efficiency, downtime, and material waste.
• Ensure production processes comply with SOP, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Identify production problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate production teams to improve performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with PPIC, QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other related departments.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and cost.
