Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Leader to oversee daily factory operations in West Java. You will drive production planning, manage resources, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and costs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, and strong Lean / Kaizen experience. Based at the Cikarang factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in flexible packaging, plastic packaging, printing, or related manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality management.
• Proven ability to lead production teams and optimize resources.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Willing to be based at the factory in Cikarang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily factory operations, including production planning, processes, maintenance coordination, and overall performance.
• Develop and execute production plans to achieve output targets, delivery schedules, productivity standards, and cost-efficiency objectives.
• Monitor KPIs such as output, machine utilization, production yield, downtime, and waste levels.
• Ensure product quality and consistency by implementing production standards, work instructions, and quality control procedures.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Engineering & Maintenance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage factory resources including manpower, machinery, raw materials, and production capacity.
• Ensure OH&S, environmental regs, company policies, and manufacturing standards compliance.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production supervisors and factory personnel to strengthen discipline and performance.
• Monitor production costs and prepare regular reports, analyses, and improvement recommendations for management.
• Establish and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency, safety, and efficiency.
• Drive culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
