Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 8–10 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 8–10 years in a managerial or lead engineering role.
• Proficiency in rolling, forging, welding, and coating/galvanising processes.
• Familiarity with ASME, ASTM, API, and ANSI standards.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and improving OEE.

Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure production schedule adherence.
• Supervise production processes and quality checks.
• Prepare monthly production reports.
• Monitor use of production equipment.
• Oversee inbound and outbound distribution against targets.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and senior leadership.
