Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Production Manager in West Java to oversee manufacturing operations, including injection molding, blow molding, and assembly. This full-time role focuses on delivering efficient production plans and maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will lead a skilled team, coordinate with R&D, Maintenance, QA, and Supply Chain, implement Lean and continuous improvement, and ensure ERP/MRP systems inform production decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in plastic manufacturing).
• Experience with injection molding, blow molding, and assembly machines.
• Proficiency in production planning, material management, and cost control.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 or equivalent standards.
• Able to use ERP/MRP software and production support applications.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities in the injection molding, blow molding, and assembly areas.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in accordance with company targets.
• Ensure production processes meet established quality, quantity, and time standards.
• Oversee use of machinery, equipment, and materials for efficiency and performance.
• Implement quality control systems at every stage of production.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and non-technical issues on the line.
• Develop and train the production team to improve skills and productivity.
• Maintain compliance with occupational safety (K3) and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with R&D, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.
• Prepare production reports, efficiency analyses, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Willing to work with high targets in a dynamic environment.
