Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production, lead a team, and ensure targets, quality, and delivery schedules are met. You will monitor equipment, enforce GMP and SOPs, and maintain strict HSE compliance on the production floor.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in food/beverage sectors. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/production.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations (K3).
• Proven leadership with strong communication and team management.
• Experience with MS Office and production management/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff for a safe, productive environment.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Enforce SOPs, GMP, and quality control guidelines on the floor.
• Ensure HSE compliance on the production floor at all times.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, usage, and waste metrics for improvement.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and QA to ensure material availability.
