Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure targets, and maintain quality and delivery schedules. You will lead and train staff, promote a safe and productive environment, and liaise with maintenance and QA teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in related fields, at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food production, and knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and K3 safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Animal Husbandry or related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in food or feed industries.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and safety regulations (K3) and ability to lead teams.
• Proven leadership with excellent communication and team management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving capability and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with production management systems/ERP (e.g., SAP).
• Willingness to work in shifts at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff in a safe, collaborative work environment.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Enforce SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and quality control guidelines on the production floor.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, inventory usage, and waste metrics for improvements.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and QA to ensure workflow and material availability.
