Job summary

Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu) is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production staff, plan schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards. You will coordinate with QC, maintenance, and logistics to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. A strong background in engineering and GMP/ISO awareness is required.

The role involves shift work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
3–5 years in a production supervisory role in manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Solid understanding of production processes, QC principles, and safety.
Proficient with production software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production personnel, including training and scheduling.
Monitor processes to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Develop and implement production schedules for timely orders.
Identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Enforce safety policies and maintain production records.
Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
Inspect facilities and contribute to continuous improvement.
Promote safe working environment and adherence to protocols.
