Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities at our Wonoayu site. You will lead a team, ensure targets and quality, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime while upholding GMP/HACCP and HSE standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food/feed manufacturing, with strong leadership and ERP experience and willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Animal Husbandry, or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/production, preferably food/feed industries.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations (K3).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to ensure a safe, collaborative, and productive environment.
• Monitor machinery and equipment performance; coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Enforce SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and quality control guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the floor.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, inventory usage, and waste metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and QA to ensure seamless workflow and material availability.
