Job summary

Nestlé Indonesia is seeking a First Line Manager for our Panjang Factory in Lampung. You will lead frontline manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production and drive continuous improvement across lines.

You will develop people, manage performance, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and SHE to deliver operational excellence while upholding safety and food safety standards. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline as listed.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, preferably FMCG/food & beverage.
• Experience leading and developing teams in production.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health, environmental, and food safety compliance.
• Achieve production targets through planning and execution.
• Drive line efficiency, productivity, and asset optimization.
• Manage workforce performance and coaching activities.
• Support continuous improvement via NCE, TPM and Lean.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, and Supply Chain.
