Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG or food & beverage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health, environmental, and food safety compliance across production operations.
• Ensure achievement of production targets through effective planning and execution.
• Drive line efficiency, productivity improvement, and asset optimization initiatives.
• Manage workforce performance, capability building, employee engagement, and coaching.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, and Supply Chain to deliver operational excellence.
