Job summary

Nestlé is recruiting a First Line Manager for the Panjang Factory in Lampung, Indonesia. You will lead frontline operations to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production of Nestlé products and drive continuous improvement across lines and teams.

You will optimize line performance, manage resources, develop people capabilities, and foster a culture of safety and excellence in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Leading safety, health, environmental, and food safety compliance across production operations.
• Ensuring achievement of production targets through effective planning and execution.
• Driving line efficiency, productivity improvements, and asset optimization initiatives.
• Managing workforce performance, capability building, employee engagement, and coaching activities.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through NCE, TPM, Lean, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
